A Saffron sunset
A radiant expression of saffron, citrus, and warmth.
INGREDIENTS:
— 2oz Noosh Saffron Gin
— 1.5oz Fresh Orange Juice
— 0.5oz Lemon Juice
— 0.3oz Simple Syrup
— 0.5oz Grenadine (for layering)
Method
Shake all ingredients except grenadine with ice.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Slowly pour grenadine to settle at the base, creating a layered effect.
Garnish with pomegranate arils.
